I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. James went above and beyond to help get me approved for my car, putting in a lot of hard work and dedication to make it happen. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.The owner is also incredibly kind and welcoming, which really adds to the overall atmosphere of the place. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave satisfied. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism from everyone here—highly recommend!

My name is Jahnese Humes and I would love to tell my story about my time at Killeen Auto Brokers. I had Honestly been looking for a car for quite some bit of time but because of my age and credit history I was having such a difficult time. Just to give some insight. I am a 19 year old female with only 2 credit cards. I had just recently started a new job and had only been there for less then a month after leaving my previous job of 10 months. Me not knowing/listening to my mom about the " 6 month rule" which is having a job for 6 months plus. That was one of the biggest factors for me not getting approved at other places. On June 21, 2022 after a long day of getting rejected from previous dealers, my mom and I drove past Killeen Auto Brokers and I saw some cars I liked, It was around 7:00 pm and my mom thought it was late and we should go home. I reminded her she was the one who told me to never give up. So we parked the car. I went to check if they were open and the way they greeted me at the door with such enthusiasm I just felt such comfort and sincerity and from that moment on I knew God put me in this place for a reason and sure enough. I got APPROVED for a modern up to date vehicle with advanced features and everything I wanted and Imagined. I would recommend Killeen Auto Brokers to any and everyone. You're in safe hands with these blessed individuals.
