I went there 3/7/2026 and I was distraught because another dealership tricked me. I called this place talked to Kayla and she helped me so much. I found a car and even though they close at 6, she did everything right help me after hours. Everyone there was so sweet and even the owner came out to speak to me and my dad. 10/10

My name is Jahnese Humes and I would love to tell my story about my time at Killeen Auto Brokers. I had Honestly been looking for a car for quite some bit of time but because of my age and credit history I was having such a difficult time. Just to give some insight. I am a 19 year old female with only 2 credit cards. I had just recently started a new job and had only been there for less then a month after leaving my previous job of 10 months. Me not knowing/listening to my mom about the " 6 month rule" which is having a job for 6 months plus. That was one of the biggest factors for me not getting approved at other places. On June 21, 2022 after a long day of getting rejected from previous dealers, my mom and I drove past Killeen Auto Brokers and I saw some cars I liked, It was around 7:00 pm and my mom thought it was late and we should go home. I reminded her she was the one who told me to never give up. So we parked the car. I went to check if they were open and the way they greeted me at the door with such enthusiasm I just felt such comfort and sincerity and from that moment on I knew God put me in this place for a reason and sure enough. I got APPROVED for a modern up to date vehicle with advanced features and everything I wanted and Imagined. I would recommend Killeen Auto Brokers to any and everyone. You're in safe hands with these blessed individuals.
